Position Summary:
As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for Pyle you will perform administrative duties within the Fleet Maintenance department. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Maintaining vehicle specific information in our software system Coordinating application of titles, registrations, license plates, permits and state inspection stickers Distributing and tracking of licensing credentials for all company owned vehicles Maintaining and monitoring EZ Pass accounts Preparing, maintaining and submitting documents and reports as needed Other administrative duties as assigned To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following: Must be very detailed oriented Excellent computer skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Capable of maintaining accurate computer files Effective communication skills For a full job description associated with this posting, please contact A.
