Warehouse SupervisorJoin Our Team! We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while working alongside the team in a hands-on role. This position requires a motivated leader who can oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff while safely operating forklifts and reach trucks. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and materials handling. Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure efficient inventory management processes. Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and performance. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency. Operate forklifts and reach trucks as part of daily responsibilities. Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse supervisory experience required. Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
