Warehouse Lead Location:

West York, PA $22 to $25/hour Training on 1st Shift (7AM-3:30PM) → Move to 2nd Shift (3:30PM-12AM Working Lead of a small warehouse team and keep operations running smooth and efficient. This is a hands-on role —you'll be working alongside your team daily. What You'll Do Lead a team of 5-8 warehouse associates Pick orders using order picker equipment Load/unload trucks and pack shipments Handle inventory control and order accuracy Complete paperwork and quality checks Receive materials and distribute deliveries Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Operate forklift / cherry picker equipment Requirements 3+ years warehouse experience Leadership or team lead experience Forklift / material handling equipment experience Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory Able to lift, carry, and work on feet English (read/write/speak) High School Diploma or GED Work Environment Non-climate controlled warehouse Racking up to 30 ft high Team-based, fast-paced environment Steel-toe boots required No phones or earbuds on floor Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
