Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Create the customer structure and accounts within various Systems Ensure that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported. Adheres to corporate policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws and regulations. Maintenance of required procedures, documentation and evidence to enable audit trails. Preferred Skills/Experience Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Effective customer relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office. SQL Management Studio experience a plus. Aptitude for identifying and resolving exceptions and interpreting data accurately. Participating in or lead/managing projects and carrier meetings. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Three to five years of clerical and/or customer service experienceLocation:
