As the Print and Fulfillment Lead , you'll shape and drive the strategies that power our print and fulfillment operations—from big-picture planning to day-to-day execution. You'll collaborate across the organization, partner with vendors, champion innovation, and lead a talented team as you help create efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions that support our business and member goals. This is a highly visible role where your ideas, leadership, and strategic mindset will influence how we deliver campaigns and communications across the enterprise. This position is hybrid with a 2 day a week office requirement. Additional time in office may be needed based on business needs. What You'll Do Lead with strategy: Develop and execute print and fulfillment strategies, campaigns, and tactics that align with departmental, business unit, and enterprise goals.
Collaborate across teams:
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand print and fulfillment needs, support digitization initiatives, and manage cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
Drive operational excellence:
Guide the development and production of print and fulfillment initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support retention and operational excellence goals.
Evaluate and optimize:
Measure initiative performance, assess member and market response, and continuously recommend improvements based on data, insights, and competitive intelligence.
Innovate and streamline:
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, boost productivity, and enhance cost efficiency across all print and fulfillment efforts.
Ensure compliance:
Maintain adherence to applicable federal and state regulations in all print and fulfillment activities.
Manage vendor partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure quality, performance, and strategic alignment.
Lead and develop people:
Manage, coach, and support a team of Print and Fulfillment Coordinators, Analysts, and Strategists, fostering growth and high performance.
Provide thought leadership:
Bring a forward-looking perspective by leveraging market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and channel delivery. The Impact You'll Make You'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate, fulfill, and deliver—balancing innovation with efficiency and compliance. Your leadership will help elevate the print and fulfillment function, strengthen partnerships, and ensure our strategies meet both current and future business needs. Bachelor's degree required. 5-7 years' experience with healthcare, insurance, banking, technology industries, or related field. Ability to interpret CMS communication instructions when needed, reports and analyses to take appropriate actions and make problem-solving decisions pertaining to operational and business strategies or communications. SQL experience highly preferred. Project or Product Management experience highly preferred. Experience with six sigma preferred. Demonstrated success in managing and building business and client relationships. Demonstrated success of implementation of related projects. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, oral communication, presentation, interpersonal and research skills. Will need to manage multiple tasks and projects and forge key relationships with internal departments, external vendors, and senior management as well as manage a staff of one or more. Ability to streamline processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency internally and with other business units/vendors.
