Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations in Research Triangle Park, NC. This contract opportunity is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong SAP or ERP experience who enjoys working across inventory, shipments, stock transfers, reconciliations, and day-to-day operational support. The Warehouse Coordinator will play an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse partners, and resolving logistics issues that impact operational efficiency. This role offers a hybrid schedule, steady weekday hours, and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative supply chain environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and exposure to process-driven warehouse and inventory operations. This is a strong fit for someone who is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal training while still contributing to a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Process logistics, warehouse, and inventory transactions using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Support inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, stock adjustments, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with warehouse partners and internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and logistics inquiries.
- Assist with shipments, stock transfers, and related documentation to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for inventory planning, logistics execution, and special projects.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes to support compliance, accuracy, and service levels. Compensation and Benefits
