Job Description

Lead Warehouse Operations Specialist Are you a proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence? We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between high-level process management and hands-on warehouse execution. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality while ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Assist in scheduling personnel and delegating daily tasks. You will monitor staff productivity, identify bottlenecks, and adjust workflows to ensure we consistently meet our targets.
Quality & Compliance Champion:
You will serve as the expert for ISO 9001 and cGMP standards. This includes maintaining rigorous documentation, preparing detailed reports, and training team members to ensure every process is audit-ready and compliant.
Hands-On Execution:
We need a leader who isn't afraid to jump in. You will perform essential warehouse functions-including picking, packing, receiving, locating, and shipping-to support the team during peak demand.
salary:

  • Assist in scheduling personnel, delegating daily tasks, and monitoring the productivity of warehouse staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to ISO 9001 and cGMP standards, including accurate documentation, reporting, and training team members on these protocols.
  • Perform "hands-on" warehouse functions as needed, including picking, packing, receiving, locating, and shipping.
  • Research and solve complex warehouse stock issues and inventory discrepancies to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by strictly following all safety policies and immediately reporting potential hazards.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and demonstrate math, clerical, and English communication skills.
