Job Description & Requirements The Role The warehouse support role will be an integral part in achieving the goals of the warehouse: To move product through the warehouse in the most accurate, efficient and cost-effective way possible. This role will report to the warehouse manager and work closely with the warehouse manager and the fulfillment specialist. Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Assemble kits Packaging all product that requires in-house packaging as it is received Count and Receive and Stock Incoming product Picking and packing for Retail ASAP and Pre-Season Orders Re-Stock Pick Locations Participation in annual warehouse inventory as needed. Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs on a regular basis Must be able to perform repetitive detail oriented tasks for extended periods of time Attention to detail required Self-starter This candidate will be expected to maintain a tidy and organized work area. Must be physically able to bend, lift climb ladders and be on foot for 4 or more hours Computer Knowledge (e-mail, Microsoft Office, Phone system) HS diploma or equivalent Knowledge of climbing and climbing equipment a plus but not required.
