We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable to help keep our granola operations running smoothly. This role supports packaging, inventory, gift orders, order fulfillment, and day-to-day coordination for Sacred Cow Granola. This position is not just about packing orders. You'll be part of a small, creative team that helps bring new ideas to life, supports special gift orders, and helps make sure our products are presented beautifully and delivered with care. You'll work with our bakery, warehouse, and delivery teams to make sure products are packaged correctly, orders go out on time, and inventory stays on track. Key Responsibilities Keep an eye on inventory and flag when we need to produce more Coordinate with the team on production, packaging, and fulfillment needs Check that products are packaged, labeled, and sealed properly Process and fulfill orders, including online, wholesale, and gift orders Pick, pack, and prep orders for shipping or delivery Help assemble and coordinate special gift orders, seasonal packages, and customer requests Keep inventory and order records up to date Follow food safety and quality standards Share ideas for improving packaging, gift offerings, fulfillment, and the overall customer experience Be part of a team that helps create new ideas for products, promotions, events, and seasonal opportunities Work occasional nights and weekends for trade shows, events, or seasonal business needs What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks Comfortable with basic systems such as Shopify, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and related tools Clear communicator who works well with a small team Creative thinker who enjoys sharing ideas and helping improve processes Able to follow processes while also noticing when things could be improved Experience in food production, fulfillment, gift orders, or inventory is helpful, but not required Physical Requirements Able to stand, move around, and lift products as needed Comfortable with repetitive tasks like packing, labeling, and assembling orders Able to work in a bakery and warehouse setting Schedule About 10-15 hours per week Ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Some flexibility depending on order volume and season Occasional nights and weekends may be required for trade shows, events, gift orders, or special projects What Success Looks Like Orders go out on time and without mistakes Gift orders are well organized, thoughtfully assembled, and beautifully presented Inventory is accurate and easy to track Products are consistently well packaged and labeled Communication stays smooth across the team New ideas are shared to help improve products, packaging, events, and customer experience
