All orders placed through our website are fulfilled at this location by the fulfillment team. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, work well within a team setting, and be comfortable communicating with shipping carriers throughout the day. Job Responsibilities Shipping Orders Processing single and multiple order shipments Preparing outgoing packages accurately and efficiently Printing and applying shipping labels Organizing packages for carrier pickup Making boxes and preparing shipping materials as needed Receiving Deliveries Receiving incoming deliveries Checking deliveries for accuracy Moving and organizing packages in the proper areas Communicating any delivery or shipment issues to the team Carrier Communication Communicating clearly and efficiently with multiple shipping carriers Helping coordinate pickups and deliveries Assisting with any shipping-related questions or issues Other potential job tasks may include: helping with fulfillment, counting and moving inventory, organizing shipping supplies, and maintaining a clean and efficient work area. Hours and Compensation We maintain normal operating hours of 9am-5pm M-F and offer a competitive hourly wage. Experience and Skills Required Strong attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time Ability to lift packages weighing up to 40 pounds Basic computer competency Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team setting Experience in shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, or a similar position is preferred but not required.
