This working-lead role assists with coordinating workflow, supporting team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are delivered efficiently to production areas. Key Responsibilities Support daily warehouse, material handling, shipping, and receiving operations Coordinate workflow and assist with team priorities to meet production needs Ensure accurate movement, storage, and delivery of materials and supplies Perform inventory transactions, tracking, and adjustments using ODOO Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation efforts Assist with training and onboarding of warehouse team members Identify and communicate inventory, shipping, or operational issues Promote safety, organization, and continuous improvement Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, or inventory experience required Team lead or leadership experience preferred Experience with ERP/inventory systems required; ODOO experience a plus Forklift experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks Join CVG and help support a safe, efficient, and team-focused manufacturing operation.
