Job Title:
Warehouse Shift Supervisor Colony Tire/Atlantic Tire Distributors is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our Ridgeville, SC team! Pay Range:
$20- 23/hour (based on experience)
Availability Needed:
6:00am-5:00pm OR 12:00-9:00amQualifications:

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities; include, but not limited to: Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and product distribution. Provide hands-on support with warehouse and delivery functions as needed. Lead the orientation and training of new warehouse associates. Supervise and manage ongoing training for existing warehouse associates. Perform spot audits to ensure order accuracy before outbound shipments. Collaborate with other company departments to ensure smooth operations and communication. Unload and receive stock trailer for put-away. Unload and receive sold transfer trailers for next-day deliveries. Train new associates on the proper use of order pickers and forklifts and oversee company certification sessions. Motivate and guide warehouse associates throughout the shift to ensure productivity. Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations for team members. Oversee delivery routing and loading for efficient operations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
