We are seeking a qualified Shipping/Receiving Coordinator for our ATI South location. 1st Shift is from 7am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday •Starting pay is based on experience•EARN A $500 SIGN-ON

Job Description:
As the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator you would be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping functions. A keen sense of organization, accuracy, and accountability are a must. Manage logistics of outbound shipments, both freight and ground, domestic and international. Ship customer's parts and package them adequately to prevent damage. Receive raw materials, hardware, and other goods. Utilize a computer to generate shipping labels and packing slips for each shipment. Verifying contents of all shipments against packing lists, and ensuring all items are properly labeled with lot identification tags. Work closely with production to coordinate the flow of products ensuring they are packed and processed promptly. Lift and manually transport materials and packages to designated skids and carts. Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods and pull stock for orders promptly. Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations; comply with internal ATI practices. Support all 6s and lean initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1+ years experience in shipping and receiving operations Computer skills are a must Ability to read work orders Ability to work independently Forklift experience Ability to communicate with customers professionally via email and phone High level of attention to detail Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel Basic Understanding of ERP systems and inventory control Experience with shipping internationally
Physical Requirements:
