Shipping Team Lead

As required based on business needs Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Optional Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) & Flex Holiday 401(k) with company match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You'll Do Coordinate with the Shipping Supervisor, and Leads to meet daily shipping goals Communicate priorities and updates across departments Generate and process shipping paperwork, including updating SOPs Use ERP/MRP systems (such as Fourth Shift) to order hardware and process shipments Identify and communicate order changes to the shipping team Ensure proper staging and inspection of metals for shipment Perform quality checks on in-process and completed shipments Track tooling and report replacement needs Direct team members to work centers and assist with scheduling, planning, and training Support continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost control What We're Looking For Shipping or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (ERP experience preferred) Forklift experience required Ability to lead and coordinate team members effectively Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
