HOURS:
1st
Shift:
Hours will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary. This position exists in to assist the supervisor with balancing workflow training associates and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists supervisor with balancing daily workflow to make sure production/shipments needed for the day are complete. Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations. Prepares work reports as needed. Trains new associates and assists with questions.
Job Requirements:
Education/Position requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must have previous experience in a distribution facility Some basic computer skills/knowledge Some knowledge of Receiving/Returns/Retag/Transfers Special Physical and/or
Mental Requirements:
Job may require weekends and long hours during peak season Must be organized Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. Ability to read, write, and understand English Good interpersonal skills Ability to walk for an 8-hour workday Reasoning skills and attention to detail
