Role:
DX Enterprises is seeking an experienced Group Leader to oversee daily operations within our production and warehouse teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient movement of materials, timely shipment of goods, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support team leaders and team members to meet daily operational goals. Coordinate shift activities to ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials, equipment, and finished goods. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment , ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety policies. Oversee all shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading processes to ensure accuracy and accountability. Communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, and management to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Monitor and respond to equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime. Support preventive maintenance and operational improvement initiatives. Manage manpower, attendance, and overtime scheduling. Ensure compliance with all internal controls, quality systems, and operational standards. Maintain accurate records, including reports and employee training documentation. Actively engage in promoting positive employee relations and team development. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or operations preferred. 2-5 years of leadership experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environment required. Proven success in team building, coaching, and conflict resolution. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience using warehouse management systems, scanners, and related equipment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
