Warehouse Lead:

Promote a cooperative and respectful work environment through clear communication and professional interactions with customers, coworkers, and leadership. Support daily warehouse operations—including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counts, and data entry while operating equipment such as RF scanners and material-handling tools. Lead and support warehouse associates by assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring productivity, addressing issues, and providing ongoing guidance and training. Train new team members on apparel handling, equipment use, quality standards, and safety practices while setting a strong example through ethical conduct. Ensure operational accuracy and compliance by performing quality spot checks, maintaining a safe and organized workplace, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and escalating delays or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
