Returns What You'll Do Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments. Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace. You will report to the Outbound Area Manager What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
