WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

Compensation:
$18 This is a Warehouse Coordinator position that focuses heavily on shipping and receiving, heavy data entry, controlling, monitoring and verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments. This will include RMAs, installation projects, material equipment, and being accountable for all inventory control functions and accuracy. Inventory and Logistics Management Manage and execute the packaging and processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with Project Managers (PMs), Installation Technicians, and the Returns Coordinator to stage and ship DOA, return, and RMA inventory. Determine the most cost-effective and appropriate shipping/packing methods by applying knowledge of shipping procedures, carriers, methods, and rates. Negotiate freight and transportation contracts and pricing to maximize efficiency and minimize cost. Maintain accurate records of all inventory and miscellaneous materials in the warehouse, including daily check-out of product and equipment. Perform data entry for all shipping and receiving transactions. Conduct physical vs. perpetual inventory reconciliation and cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy. Track and provide ETAs for open POs related to projects. Project and Fleet Support Stage, organize, and pull product for installation and service projects, working with PMs to meet scheduled pickup times. Complete and document project equipment serial number recording using scanners and spreadsheets. Assemble physical job folders for all new projects. Assist PMs with vehicle fleet review, verifying tools are stocked and vehicles are maintained in a neat and orderly condition. Maintain the fleet maintenance log and schedule necessary maintenance appointments. Utilize the UPS manifest system, courier services, and other logistical software/systems. Interface with external/internal clients, manufacturers, and vendors regarding logistics and materials. Facilities and Safety Oversee Facilities Management and general maintenance of the warehouse location. Maintain a neat, orderly, and debris-free warehouse and stock room. Responsible for securing miscellaneous material and tools. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations and promote a safe working environment. General Support Provide backup support to Operations and Service Administrators as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Skills and Abilities Superior data entry skills with keen attention to detail. A proactive self-starter who can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service orientation with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from technical documents, safety rules, and procedure manuals. Technical and Industry Knowledge Knowledge of the technology industry (a strong plus). Experience with QuickBooks and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system software (a strong plus). Fluent in English with the ability to clearly present information to small groups and individuals. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages, and ratios). Education and Experience Minimum High School Diploma or GED. A degree in business, procurement, or operations is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or related logistics/warehouse environment. A valid qualification, certification, and permit for operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift), as well as experience with hand trucks, mechanical, and power tools.
