We need someone with a manufacturing background who can keep shipments and inventory tight while actively driving process improvements and bringing in automation to scale us up.

What You'll Do:

Manage inbound/outbound shipments, receiving, and order fulfillment Operate a forklift and oversee material movement Maintain accurate inventory in QuickBooks Enterprise Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy Evaluate and integrate warehouse automation (WMS, barcode/RF scanning, inventory tracking systems, etc.) Develop SOPs and lead cycle counts and audits Enforce safety standards and keep the warehouse organized

What You Need:

3+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment Proven process improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S a plus) Hands-on experience with warehouse automation tools and technology Forklift experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP/inventory systems Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent English required
