Summary We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations and directly supports our mission of delivering high-quality dietary supplements. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers to safely move, load, and organize materials, while maintaining accuracy and safety at all times. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers. Load, unload, and stage materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas. Pick, stage, and ship orders with accuracy to maintain proper inventory controls. Perform daily equipment inspections and promptly report any maintenance issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize operations and meet production goals. Support the training and onboarding of new warehouse staff as needed. Accurately record inventory movements and ensure timely reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers in a warehouse environment. Current forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment. Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Work Environment & Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach with hands and arms. Frequent use of forklifts and material-handling equipment in warehouse settings. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. independently. Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment. Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends may be required based on business needs.
