This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient logistics, accurate recordkeeping, and a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of materials Review shipping notices, invoices, bills of lading, and orders to determine priorities and shipping methods Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, including assigning work and evaluating performance Maintain organization and cleanliness in all warehouse and returnable areas Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and enforce safety procedures Coordinate transportation to service locations and manage off-site warehouse operations Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Participate in safety, 5S, and cross-functional teams Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of related experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and logistics processes Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Regular use of hands for handling materials and operating equipment Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting Work Environment Warehouse and dock environments with varying conditions Requires adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Career growth and advancement opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to protected status.
