Senior Project Coordinator - Fleet Operations

• Position Summary
• Supports enterprise Fleet operations through administrative and accounting activities, including fleet data management and reporting, asset and VIN tracking, documentation and compliance record generation, and cross-functional support for project teams, finance, and operations.
• Position Details
• + Administration of the Samsara platform + Monthly fleet billing reconciliation and variance analysis + Development and maintenance of standardized fleet best practice guides and procedures + Fleet team support - assist management as needed with remote office support.

+ Proficient in project tracking and workflow management platforms such as Asana to manage fleet initiatives, track deployment progress, and drive alignment across operations, safety, and finance teams. + Coordination and execution of biannual in-person fleet team meetings, and support of additional fleet operations initiatives as required. + Various other tasks as required by the project team.

• Qualifications
• + Associate degree (AA) preferred or applicable experience + 2-4 years of experience + Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

+ Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines + Proficient verbal and written communication skills + Ability to analyze and resolve issues + Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
