About the Role As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you will drive excellence in daily distribution activities by optimizing workflows and fostering a high-performance team culture. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational precision, maintaining inventory integrity, and upholding rigorous safety standards to support seamless supply chain execution. Responsibilities Direct and mentor warehouse personnel, overseeing staff development, scheduling, and performance metrics to ensure team success. Streamline the end-to-end flow of goods, from receiving and storage to final dispatch, maximizing throughput efficiency. Guarantee inventory accuracy by executing systematic cycle counts and conducting regular facility audits. Champion a culture of safety by enforcing compliance protocols and proactively identifying potential workplace hazards. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and shipping departments to synchronize operations and resolve bottlenecks. Generate and analyze performance reports regarding warehouse productivity, stock levels, and operational KPIs. Oversee the maintenance of material handling equipment and facility infrastructure to ensure continuous uptime. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations with a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and modern inventory control methodologies. Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination. Physical stamina to perform warehouse floor duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
