Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00

PM Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for a small team of 3-5 employees. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, equipment operation, and safety compliance while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate leads by example and actively supports the team on the floor when needed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packing, inventory control, and order fulfillment Maintain a strong presence on the warehouse floor and lead by example Review, prioritize, and ensure accurate and timely order processing Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and accurate Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of 3-5 employees Conduct performance evaluations and address performance or behavioral issues professionally Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment built on accountability and communication Operate and ensure proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Ensure employees are properly trained and compliant with safety procedures Coordinate equipment maintenance and report issues promptly Enforce OSHA compliance and lead safety programs and meetings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and other departments Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and handheld devices Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse setting Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse safety standards Experience using WMS systems, scanners, and handheld devices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for long periods Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a team-first mindset Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining morale

XL Pro Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to operate tools, equipment, and controls using hands and fingers Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, temperature changes, and machinery Ability to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights when required Visual acuity for reading labels, instructions, and operating equipment Ability to hear and communicate effectively for workplace safety
