Promise Base Pay:
$100,000/year + Annual Bonuses up to $15,000 Turn every sold commitment into a complete, accurate, on-time launch. We are seeking a Projects & Fulfillment Functional Leader to manage the enterprise operating system that carries work from sales handoff through planning, fulfillment, installation, acceptance, and transition to recurring service . In this role, you will create clarity across divisions, surface risks early, and strengthen the standards and capabilities that make reliable delivery repeatable.What You'll Own:
Set the enterprise standard for project intake, readiness, planning, milestones, scheduling, routing, and resource coordination. Plan fulfillment capacity and sequence work against real labor, material, equipment, and dependency constraints. Establish safe, accurate installation and assessment standards for launches and finite projects. Create visible project status, risk, issue, change-control, acceptance, and closeout disciplines. Ensure punch lists, documentation, billing triggers, and handoffs are complete before recurring ownership transfers. Build functional SOPs, tools, scorecards, training, and coaching that improve performance across every division.What You Bring:
Enterprise-minded operations or project leadership experience with strong command of scheduling, capacity, fulfillment, and field execution. The judgment to declare work ready or not ready and to pause or re-plan when safety, quality, scope, or capacity is at risk.A systems-builder mindset:
one owner, one standard, visible measures, explicit next actions, and closed loops. The ability to coach capability across divisions without becoming a shadow manager of local leaders. Strong analytical, financial, and operational judgment grounded in data and direct observation. Clear, credible communication across Sales, Accounting, Customer Success, Operational Excellence, and Division Leads.What Success Looks Like:
Projects start with complete scope, ownership, dates, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Capacity and risk are visible early; launches finish safely, accurately, and on time. First-pass acceptance improves while rework, defects, overdue milestones, and cost variance decline. Every completed project transfers with a complete, usable handoff and closed open items. All details are tracked accurately within project management tools.Compensation & Benefits:
