What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate nightly shipping operations to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment Supervise and support team members, providing direction, coaching, and real-time problem resolution Monitor loading activities, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with plant, dispatch, and logistics teams to optimize workflow and meet customer needs Identify process improvements and drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced production environment Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, and inventory control practices to include rail operations. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and solve operational challenges under pressure Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and shifts Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in daily operations Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
