Warehouse Performance Lead Description SIMOS is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Production Lead. Must have 1 year of Warehouse Team Lead experience. This position requires maturity, strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and the ability to motivate others. In this role, you will be a working lead and must be able to be hands-on with the team and able to stand/ walk for long periods. Must have experience in a production warehouse environment, coaching and training on unloading inbound containers. May lift up to 50 pounds throughout your work shift.
