Job Description

Our client, an industrial real estate and logistics company, is looking to hire a Warehouse Facility Lead for their location in Coppell, TX. The Facility Lead is responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role leads on-site activities, coordinates maintenance and vendors, and supports operational efficiency while delivering a high standard of service.
The Day-to-Day:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality Coordinate and perform routine inspections of the facility and equipment Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues Supervise and support on-site staff, vendors, and contractors
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST 2-5+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Must be Willing to learn and operate warehouse equipment
Pay Rate:
$19.00 to $25.00 /hr
Schedule:
