We design and install high-quality glass structures for residential and commercial projects nationwide. Who We Are Looking For We are inviting an experienced Masters and Construction Leaders in construction or related industries to manage our established branch in Dallas, TX . We need a professional who can combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills: someone ready to be hands-on at the start and later build and manage installation and warehouse teams. Suitable Backgrounds Experienced specialists such as: site supervisors, construction foremen, glaziers, metal structure specialists, framers, or custom furniture Installers. Main Responsibilities During the first 12-18 months , you will be directly involved in all processes (measurements, installations, warehouse operations, logistics) in order to fully understand the product and workflow. As your teams grow, your role will gradually shift away from hands-on installations toward: Team management; Performing measurements and quality control; Staff training.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Managing projects from installation planning to final handover; Organizing appointments for measurements, installations, and warranty services; Controlling quality, timelines, and consumables budget; Communicating with clients and cross-functional departments; Overseeing all stages of warehouse operations; Operating a forklift; Training staff and ensuring workplace safety compliance; Maintaining the showroom's professional appearance.
Requirements Bilingual:
Ukrainian/Russian and English (B2 and above) ; At least 1 year of construction experience in the USA; Valid U.S. Driver License (1+ year of driving experience) Valid Social Security Number; OSHA certification (can be obtained during employment); Confident computer and warehouse software skills; Client-oriented mindset. Compensation & Benefits $6,400/month after a 4-month probation period; During probation: $5,300/month ; On-time payments; Company car provided for work purposes;
Workload:
approximately 50-60 hours per week .
