Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis is a hands-on operations role at the center of how Reconeyez delivers products and serves customers. You'll manage our direct-to-customer fulfillment operation out of our Austin office, own the order-to-cash process for our customer base, and be the operational backbone of a small, fast-moving team.

We're a scaling business, and this role is built to grow with us, starting with strong ownership of physical fulfillment and warehouse operations, and expanding over time toward customer billing, order management, and broader operational responsibilities.

What You'll DoOwn inbound and outbound shipments, receiving inventory, processing customer orders, coordinating carriers, and tracking deliveriesManage our small warehouse: organization, inventory accuracy, and stock levelsHandle customer-facing order and billing inquiries; invoices, payments, and account questionsProcess orders and maintain accurate records in our CRM and operations systemsImprove operational workflows as the business grows and our fulfillment model evolvesSupport the broader team with operational and administrative tasks as neededWhat Success Looks LikeShipments and inventory are handled accurately and on timeCustomers get timely, professional responses to order and billing questionsThe team is supported and unblockedNothing falls through the cracksYou're improving processes, not just maintaining themQualificationsWhat You BringRequiredExperience in a fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment — you're comfortable handling shipments and inventory hands-onExperience working directly with customers on orders, invoices, and billingHigh ownership mentality — you close loops and don't let things slipOrganized and process-minded; you improve things rather than just maintain themStrong written and verbal communicationBonusExperience in a growing or scaling business environmentFamiliarity with CRM, ERP, or order management systemsComfort with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceWho Thrives HereSomeone equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and on the phone with a customer.
