Job DescriptionOverviewSOSi is looking to hire a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of data collection teams and analysts. This includes managing team schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting of data and operational metrics. The supervisor will coordinate workflow, provide guidance and support to team members, and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring data quality, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Essential Job Duties Maintain schedules to ensure maximum efficiencyProvide direct oversite for data collections team members and Team LeadsCoordinate with field verification teamsDraft and maintain administrative paperwork and reportsDouble check work products for accuracy and completenessQualificationsMinimum Requirements 1-2 years of related job experienceFluent in English and SpanishMust be a US CitizenMust have lived in the US for 3 out the past 5 yearsBasic data entry skillsAbility to pass an SSBI government background investigationStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work independently or within a teamAdditional InformationWork EnvironmentWork is on-site at one of multiple SOSi locationsRequires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessaryShift work is required as this is 24/ 7/ 365 days a year operational environmentAbility to work efficiently under deadlines and pressureAbility to keep up in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work any assigned shiftWorking at SOSiAll interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
