Warehouse Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $15.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm) Oversee daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, logistics) Handle and review shipping and receiving documentation Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently Support inventory control and organization Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of tasks Assist in improving warehouse processes and workflow Communicate effectively with team members and management

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

Previous Warehouse Lead experience required Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics Forklift experience (sit-down) required Ability to lift 30-40 lbs or more Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Good math and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and learn quickly Professional attitude and dependable attendance Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication skills (verbal and written) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
