Warehouse Supervisor Elliott Electric Supply - 3.2 Farmers Branch, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Picking Supervisor-3rd shift: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00pm to 3:00am Will need to learn and understand all aspects ofthe picking process; and ensure proper training to reduce errors; ensure customer/store orders are dispatched to the Pickers; work with the Stock check and Overstock employees; provide daily/ongoin job performance feedback ensure performance review are completed timely. ensure employees are operating heavy machinery/handwand in compliance with safety regulations. Track employees attendance, time clock entris and create performance evaluations. Maintain organization of the warehouse and picking areas. Implementnew policies or procedures directed by the Operations Manager in a timely, effective and consistent manner. Establish positive working relationships with the team and other supervisors and management personnel.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 year experiencer in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products beneficial. Strong mathematical ability and good computer skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated time management and organizational skille, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Be able to work well in team environment, and bu customer service oriented.

Physical Requirements:

Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Able to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. Position spends a large amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing.
