As a Distribution Center Coordinator (DC) at The Pittsburgh Paints Co., you will manage daily Shipping and Receiving operations at the Distribution Center. You'll ensure efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination using SAP systems, while supporting a safe and productive environment. This role reports to the DC Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage workflow in the Shipping office and coordinate inbound/outbound schedules. Process shipping paperwork (BOLs, packing slips) and plan shipments in SAP. Operate SAP transactions (ZLOUB, ZWAM, Planning) and RF Gun efficiently. Handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and troubleshoot inventory issues in SAP. Manage LTL drivers and communicate any issues to supervisors promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and security standards. Track shift cutover tasks and time reporting requirements. Work overtime as needed to support operational demands. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in SAP and distribution/warehousing operations. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel .
