This role is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met, and maintaining smooth communication between management and floor teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage a bilingual workforce. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead warehouse associates during night shift operations Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met Communicate daily goals and expectations clearly in both English and Spanish Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust staffing as needed Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members Maintain accurate reports on attendance, performance, and productivity Enforce company policies and safety procedures Coordinate with upper management regarding shift performance and operational needs Qualifications Must be over 18 years old Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Previous warehouse supervision or leadership experience (preferred 1-3 years) Experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work overnight shifts consistently Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, warehouse systems, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
