RMA Supervisor

United States, Texas, Fort Worth 5100 Liberty Way (Show on map) Sep 09, 2026 RMA Supervisor $65,300.00 yearly Shift Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM. Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts and on weekends. Leads the day-to-day operations of the Returns (RMA) Department to achieve productivity, receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy goals while maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day RMA and warehouse operations.
Execute and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standard work instructions.
Drive productivity and accuracy across receiving, shipping, inventory control, and returns processing.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
Manage non-compliant returns and execute appropriate resolutions.
Lead employee onboarding, training, coaching, and development.
Oversee vendor and customer return policies and procedures.
Partner with operations to plan workforce needs and staffing levels.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required.
Some college coursework or a Supply Chain/Warehouse certification preferred.
5+ years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
Experience with computer products, inventory tracking, returns processing, or refurbishment activities preferred.
Strong data entry, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and comply with PPE and safety requirements. Working Conditions Distribution center environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, humidity, and outdoor conditions.
Occasional overtime, weekends, and non-standard work hours as business needs require.
Combination of warehouse and office environments.
