Job Description

Overview We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined leader to join our warehouse team as a Materials Recovery Supervisor. In this role, you'll take apart scrap appliances (washers and dryers), sort materials into the correct waste and recycling streams, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll also step in as the supervisor on duty when needed, supporting the team and helping maintain safety and workflow on the floor. Responsibilities Disassemble washers and dryers using hand and power tools Sort materials into scrap, recycling, and waste categories Identify reusable or salvageable components when possible Oversee and manage the flow of incoming scrap units Maintain clean, organized work areas Support general warehouse operations as needed Step in as supervisor on duty when required Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff Communicate with clients as needed regarding material disposition Promote and follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards Experience Experience using hand or power tools (required) 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or hands-on work environments Mechanically inclined—you like figuring out how things work Comfortable with physical, active work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lead by example and support a team without direct authority Comfortable communicating with team members and occasionally clients Compensation and Benefits $961.54 weekly salary ($50,000 annually, paid weekly)​ Monday-Friday schedule 15 days paid time off & 10 paid holidays per year​ Monthly cell phone reimbursement or company-issued phone Apply today If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and enjoy working with your hands in an active environment, we'd love to hear from you.
