We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient warehouse operations to meet our clients' needs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator for our Grand Prairie Breaker Plant for 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 12:30am). The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll make an impact by: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP). Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels. Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries. Process Inbound receiving accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a similar role. Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations is preferred. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
