  • 17/hour We are seeking a Fulfillment Lead at our Grapevine DFW location to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team on the floor.
This role is responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. The Fulfillment Lead will also train team members, adjust workflows based on volume, and help drive overall team performance.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment RF scanner knowledge Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills Lead and support warehouse team members on the floor Train new hires and help improve team performance Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Adjust workflow based on volume and priorities Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines Help manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills Zebra RF scanner experience Picker/packer experience Order releasing experience Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication skills Flexibility with schedule as needed
