Job Description

Position Title :
E-commerce & Warehouse Operations Responsibilities ▪ Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. ▪ Coordinate e-commerce fulfillment processes for online customer orders. ▪ Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain warehouse performance through WMS. ▪ Support warehouse operations at customer facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. ▪ Coordinate with customers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. ▪ Generate inventory and operational reports and analyze warehouse performance. ▪ Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and operational processes. ▪ Work closely with management to support customer accounts and warehouse operations. Qualifications ▪ Bachelor's degree preferred. ▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics. ▪ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required. ▪ Experience supporting e-commerce operations (order processing, fulfillment, inventory management, etc.). ▪ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. ▪ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or WMS experience is highly preferred. ▪ Korean and English bilingual skills preferred.

Full-time Pay:
