Job Description
Shipping & Receiving Team Lead - NOW HIRING We are looking for a responsible and dependable candidate with warehouse experience , specifically in shipping and receiving. This position will help oversee daily shipping and receiving activities, coordinate warehouse personnel, and ensure orders and merchandise are handled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the Shipping & Receiving team. Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments. Verify merchandise, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation. Ensure orders are received, prepared, and shipped accurately. Assist with BOLs (Bills of Lading) and shipping/receiving paperwork. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise. Coordinate loading and unloading operations. Maintain organization in shipping and receiving areas. Communicate with warehouse personnel and management. Ensure employees follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements. Assist with inventory control when needed. Requirements Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
