Logistics Manager Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and staff supervision. This role ensures efficient workflow, compliance with safety regulations, inventory accuracy, and achievement of productivity goals while maintaining high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure proper handling and storage of products. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Be able to drive a 20'/26' box truck. Team Leadership Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates. Schedule staff to meet operational requirements. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Promote employee engagement and teamwork. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues. Inventory Control Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure proper product rotation and stock management practices. Safety & Compliance Enforce company safety policies. Conduct safety and warehouse inspections. Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards. Performance Management Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure productivity and accuracy targets are met. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of warehouse experience. 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes. Forklift certification preferred. Driver license - C. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Frequent use of warehouse equipment and machinery.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
