Shift:

6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotational schedule required to work every other weekend. Pay

• 20-24hr The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor operations, ensuring efficient execution of receiving, dock activities, and put-away processes.

This role provides direct supervision and hands-on support to warehouse staff, driving productivity, safety, and accuracy. The Team Lead monitors workflow, assigns tasks, supports training initiatives, and ensures adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, staging, and storage
• Monitor employee performance and provide reports to supervisor
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain communication with management regarding productivity and workflow challenges
• Support inventory accuracy through oversight of proper scanning and system usage

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Our Commitment to
