Key Accountabilities Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation in accordance with
ATF, DOT, OSHA
federal regulations and company regulatory documentation per company policies. Monitor inventory transactions to ensure complete traceability, accuracy, within ERP and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage the order management process from order receipt through shipment, ensuring accuracy, complete documentation, and on-time delivery. Review and validate customer orders, shipping paperwork, and inventory records to ensure compliance and operational accuracy. Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are executed in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Track and resolve inventory variances, documentation errors, and compliance issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory reporting. Support month-end inventory reconciliation, invoicing support, and documentation requirements. Assist with creation and maintenance of standardized procedures that support regulatory compliance and inventory accountability. Proactively communicate order status, shipment updates, and documentation requirements to internal stakeholders and customers as needed. Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge HS Diploma or equivalency. 3-5 years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse logistics environment. Basic to Intermediate Computer skills (MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiar with ERP management Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate in a professional manner. Strong organizational & time management skills. Physical Requirements and Work Environment and Conditions Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role Bending, lifting, stooping, and standing greater than 50% of the time Repetitive motion demands hands/wrist/shoulder. Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds (over 50 pounds requires a team lift).
