  • :•Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in manual labor and material handling within the facility.
Provides direction and guidance to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety regulations, and completion of daily production targets. Monitors employee performance, assigns tasks, and manages schedules to optimize team productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supervising and supporting helpers, laborers, and material movers in daily operations.
  • Training new team members on company procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
  • Inspecting work areas and equipment to ensure safe and clean working conditions.
  • Collaborating with management to address staffing needs, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating the movement of materials and products.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Keeping accurate records of attendance, production, and incidents.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and providing constructive feedback.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
