This is a hands-on role without direct reports. You will be the sole person responsible for maintaining organization, efficiency, inventory accountability, equipment operation, and warehouse flow throughout the facility. You will have direct access to executive management and front office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, mechanically capable, and comfortable operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Delivery schedules can change quickly, must be malleable. Position Responsibilities Maintain complete organization and operational control of warehouse and storage areas Operate forklifts of multiple sizes and capacities, including lifts similar to Hyster 155 Safely operate warehouse mule/tug equipment via remote control Move, stack and stage 5•5•7 wooden vaults and 20' mobile storage POD containers Coordinate and stage outbound deliveries and inbound returns for field crews Verify intake accuracy for all stored contents, including: Box counts Tagged furniture items Inventory documentation Proper vault/container placement Ensure all contents are stored safely, securely, and in assigned locations Maintain warehouse cleanliness, aisle access, and operational efficiency Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or safety concerns Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to support scheduling and logistics Assist with loading/unloading as needed Required Qualifications Current forklift certification required Proven experience operating large-capacity forklifts and industrial warehouse equipment Experience operating heavy forklifts up to Hyster 155 or equivalent preferred Ability to safely maneuver storage vaults and mobile storage containers Comfortable operating remote-controlled mule/tug systems Strong organizational and inventory management skills Physically capable of lifting, climbing, walking, and operating equipment throughout full shifts Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to work independently and provide plans to attack.
