$21.50 an hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team of warehouse associates. In this role, you will assign tasks, monitor workflow, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and help maintain efficient operations throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity and accuracy Maintain a safe work environment and enforce proper PPE usage Identify operational issues and communicate concerns to leadership Lead and support warehouse team members during daily operations Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational updates Support continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives Monitor inventory movement, storage, loading, and unloading activities Complete and maintain required documentation, reports, and system entries Assist with staffing adjustments and workflow planning throughout the shift Ensure equipment inspections are completed and maintenance issues are reported Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and provide operational support as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience using computers, scanners, and warehouse management systems Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to work independently and in a team environment

$21.50 per hour
