Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Lead to join our dynamic Zoomys Car Wash team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient Zoomys operating performance, and maintaining high standards of safety quality & customer service. Your leadership will drive process improvements, coordinate activities, and support a team of Zoomys associates to meet operational goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily car wash activities including sales, receiving, inventory control, customer service materials & equipment handling to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate a team of Zoomys staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a productive work environment. Oversee inventory management processes using Zoomys management systems and & equipment platforms to maintain accurate chemical & equipment performance levels. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize car wash workflows. Operate and diagnose equipment and other machinery safely for materials handling and equipment safety and functionality . Ensure compliance and uphold safety protocols across all car wash activities. Requirements Proven experience in car wash management or as a supervisor with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of car wash procedures, and equipment. Hands-on experience with car wash management systems , equipment , and materials/chemical handling. Ability to perform diagnostic of equipment safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. Familiarity with car wash safety standards and best practices in car wash environments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.
