Job Description
Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling. Improve and optimize warehouse and logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping). Conduct inventory management activities and periodic cycle counts/physical inventory audits. Ensure workplace safety compliance and enforce company policies and procedures. Monitor and report logistics KPIs, including shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and processing time. Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and manage related data. Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, customers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Authorized to work legally in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work authorization). Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
